Overview
Join the prestigious APU Model United Nations (MUN) for a 6-night, 7-day immersive experience that combines leadership development, global diplomacy, and cultural exploration. The program will take you through hands-on learning in international relations while visiting the scenic cities of Beppu, Kyoto, and Tokyo.
Participants will gain real-world insights into global governance through interactive simulations, negotiations, and policy-making sessions. In addition, you’ll explore Japan’s unique culture, from the historic temples of Kyoto to the bustling streets of Tokyo, providing a rich, holistic educational and travel experience.

Program Itinerary
- Day 1: Arrival in Beppu, welcome dinner, and orientation.
- Days 2-4: Participate in the APU MUN conference, including committee sessions, expert panels, and cultural events.
- Day 5: Explore Beppu’s famous hot springs and visit Yufuin.
- Day 6: Transfer to Kyoto for a guided city tour, including the iconic Fushimi Inari Shrine and Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion).
- Day 7: Enjoy a full-day tour of Tokyo, visiting Meiji Shrine, Shibuya Crossing, and Asakusa Temple.
- Day 8: Departure from Tokyo.
