Strategic Partnership Between Ritsumeikan APU MUN and Global Service Travel

We are thrilled to announce an official collaboration between the Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University Model United Nations Club (RITMUNC) and Global Service Travel (GST) for the Ritsumeikan APU Model United Nations 2025. This partnership underscores our shared commitment to fostering international collaboration and ensuring the success of this prestigious event.

Purpose of the Partnership

This MoU formalizes a sponsorship and travel partnership agreement for the Ritsumeikan APU Model United Nations conference, scheduled for April 4–6, 2025. The aim is to provide comprehensive logistical, financial, and branding support while delivering an exceptional experience for participants.

Key Highlights of the MOU

Responsibilities of Global Service Travel (GST)

  1. Sponsorship Support:
    • GST will provide a sponsorship package valued at ¥375,000, covering both cash and in-kind contributions.
    • Contributions include printing and logistics supplies for the conference.
  2. Travel and Logistics:
    • GST will create customized travel and conference packages for international participants.
    • These include visa assistance, accommodation, transportation, and other arrangements.
  3. Sightseeing Experiences:
    • GST will organize a one-day sightseeing tour of Beppu and Yufuin, offering participants a memorable cultural experience.
    • The cost of this program will be managed by GST.
  4. In-Kind Contributions:
    • GST will ensure timely delivery of logistical supplies and efficient travel management.

Responsibilities of RITMUNC

  1. Event Branding:
    • The conference will be titled “Ritsumeikan APU Model United Nations 2025, sponsored by Global Service Travel.”
    • GST will have exclusive sponsorship rights, ensuring maximum brand visibility.
  2. Promotional Benefits:
    • GST’s logo will feature on all banners, merchandise, and promotional materials.
    • A GST brochure will be included in every merchandise package.
    • GST commercials will be aired during the opening and closing ceremonies.
  3. Media Recognition:
    • GST will gain extensive promotion through RITMUNC’s social media channels.
  4. On-Site Branding Opportunities:
    • GST will have the right to set up a booth in a prime location at the conference venue for all three days.
    • A company representative will be given the opportunity to present as a guest speaker or conduct a partnership session.
