Program Details
Training Refund Policy
– More than 45 days before the course starts or if your visa is denied: All but USD 100 is refunded
– Between 45 and 31 days before the course starts: 75% of the fee is refunded
– Between 30 and 15 days before the course starts: 50% of the fee is refunded
– Less than 15 days before the course starts: No refunds
Terms & Conditions
– This package is based on a minimum number of travelers for November 2024.
– The package cost may vary based on the number of travelers and current exchange rates.
– No refunds for early returns due to weather, altitude sickness, personal problems, or if the trip is cut short by choice.
– Additional charges apply if the trip is extended.
– Price calculated per passenger on a triple and quad sharing basis.
– Surcharge applicable for any changes in the package.
– Cancellation after confirmation is non-refundable.
– In case of flight delay/cancellation, the package provider is not responsible.
– Normal check-in time: 14:00/15:00 hrs, check-out time: 11:00/12:00 hrs.
– Air tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
